Rhode Island ran to a close second-place finish at Bryant Saturday. The Rams finished with 67 team points behind the host Bulldogs in the annual Nassaney Invite in Smithfield.

Highlights from the Course

• Sofia Piccone was the top finisher for the Rams, placing second in 18:28.5.
• Corina Vidal was 13th in 19:24.4.
• Molly Sabia was 16th (19:30.2) while Leyla Kvaternik finished just behind in her Rhody debut, crossing the finish in 19:33.8 for 17th.
• Madeline Till finished in 19:39.4 for 19th.
• Erin Hurley (19:52.4), Daniella Napoli (20:00.0), and Hanna O'Connor (20:03.3) crossed the finish line consecutively in 26th, 27th, and 28th place.
• Lindsay Turgeon ran for 31st in 20:07.9.
• Sophia DiMuccio (20:12.0) and Molly Long (20:16.5) also competed for the Rams.
