KINGSTON, R.I. - Rhode Island men's cross country's Ben Fleischer crossed the finish line first at the Rothenburg Run on Friday afternoon, coming in with a time of 18:22.8 in the 6K event.

The Rams finished second as a team, landing behind host Brown but ahead of Boston University. 

Fleischer was joined in the top ten by teammate Garrett Hartline (18:47.7), who finished sixth. Nathan Masi was just off a top-10 pace, finishing 11th with a mark of 19:02.1. Complete results can be found here.
