How it Happened
Northeastern scored 11 runs over a four-inning stretch to come from behind and defeat Rhode Island 11-9 in the second game of a doubleheader Saturday.
Rhode Island (3-12) had separate leads of 4-0, 6-3 and 9-6 during the game, but the visiting Huskies (12-5) kept battling back. A two-out, three-run home run from Harrison Feinberg in the top of the seventh helped Northeastern tie the game 9-9. An inning later, Northeastern got RBI singles from Jack Goodman and Justin Bosland to take its first lead of the day.
Feinberg's homer was his second of the game. He also had a two-run shot in the top of the sixth.
