BETHEL, Ohio - Each of Rhode Island's three boats punched their tickets to the D Finals after racing in the C/D Semifinals on Saturday morning on Lake Harsha.
The Rams will wrap up action at the NCAA Championship on Sunday morning.Â

Bella Bruno was tight with the rest of its five-boat field through the first 500 meters. Eventually, the top three contenders - Indiana, Duke and Northeastern - pulled away while URI held off Jacksonville. Rhody enters the D Final with the fastest semifinal time.
The Second Varsity 8+ placed fifth in its semifinal but enters the D Final with the second fastest time overall. Coxswain

Emma Brookins had a solid start as all five crews were in contact for most of the opening sequence. Eventually, the crews settled into their respective paces with the Rams coming across fifth.Â
The Varsity 4+ will begin URI's action on Sunday morning with the D Final at 8:12 a.m. The Second Varsity 8+ will race at 8:36 a.m., followed by the Varsity 8+ at 8:56 a.m.
