• Rhode Island hung with Rider, but a five-goal fourth quarter by the visitors was the deciding factor in a 13-12 loss a season ago in the first meeting between the Rams and the Broncs. 
• Calli Dunn led the Rams with a hat trick and Caitlin Dellecave handed out four assists. She added a goal of her own for a team-high five points.
