BOSTON, MASS. — Rhode Island men's track and field had a handful of Rams represent at the MIT Final Qualifier on Thursday.

Highlights from Competition

• Elias Sposato won the 400 meters with a time of 47.08 seconds.
• Antonio Capalbo finished second in the 800m (1:49.93) while Jaden Enis (1:52.52) and Elijah Saddlemire (1:53.36) finished 10th and 12th.
• Cam Rose finished fifth in the 100m, crossing in 10.85 seconds.
• Rose also finished fifth in the 200m (21.87s).
• Jeremy Roe was Rhody's top finisher in the 1500m, crossing the finish line in 3:49.11.
• Carson Dean placed second in the pole vault with a mark of 4.88 meters. 
• Theo Puterbaugh was second in the shot put after a 16.91m throw. Winslow Sightler was fifth (16.13m).
• Sightler was fourth in the discus (44.99m).
• Nate Field finished fourth in the hammer throw with a mark of 57.52 meters.
