Rhode Island vs. Brown - Series Notes

• Rhode Island returns home to face Brown on Thursday at the URI Soccer Complex.
• The game is the first in Kingston since Aug. 20 against Northeastern.
• The Rams are undefeated at the URI Soccer Complex this season, beating Maine to open the season (3-0) and settling for a draw with Northeastern (0-0).
• Rhody and Brown meet Thursday for the 32nd time in program history. 
• The Bears lead the all-time series, 23-7-1. 
• Last time the teams faced, Brown beat URI 3-2 a season ago.
• The Rams beat Brown 1-0 the last time the Bears visited Kingston (8/23/24). The win for Rhody snapped a nine-game Brown win streak and was the first victory over the Bears since 2007.

Scouting the Bears 

• Brown enters Thursday's match winning its last two straight games.
• Last time out, the Bears had a commanding win, beating No. 13 UCF 7-0. Brown netted four goals in the first half including the opening goal in the second minute of the game.
• The game was Brown's third shutout of the season.
• Junior Ayla Sahin and Senior Corine Gregory  have each tallied a team-high six points on the season. Sahin has scored three goals for the six points while Gregory has collected two goals and two assists. Sahin ranks third in the Ivy League in goals (three) and sixth in points (six).
• Brown is 0-2 on the road this year.
