ALBANY, N.Y. (AP) - Marcus Faison scored 17 points, including an alley-oop dunk from Corey Osinski with nine minutes left in the game, as the Siena Saints defeated the Rhode Island Rams 93-72 Tuesday.

The Saints (10-4, 4-0) gained an early 24-8 lead and by half-time they were ahead 53-40.

Saints' junior guard Scott Knapp scored nine points in 22 minutes, had three three-pointers, and six assists.

Sophomore forward Tavorris Bell scored 19 points for Rhode Island (3-12,0-2). Teammate Tip Vinson added 17 points.
