WILLIAMSBURG, Va. (AP) - Dave Corley threw for 259 yards and three touchdowns Saturday to lead William & Mary to a 44-6 victory over Rhode Island.

Steven Hargrove ran for 105 yards on 11 carries and Jonathan Smith had two rushing touchdowns for William & Mary (6-3, 6-2 Atlantic 10), which rolled up 465 yards in total offense to 285 yards for the Rams (3-7, 1-6).

The Tribe scored the game's first 21 points and led 34-6 at the half after Corley threw touchdown passes to three different receivers. Corley was 18-of-26, and Rich Musinski caught four passes for 117 yards and one touchdown.

Chad Campbell had 102 yards on 27 carries for Rhode Island, but Ray Barker completed only 2 of 10 passes for 44 yards.
