HARRISONBURG, Va. (AP) - Maurice Fenner carried 25 times for 134 yards and three touchdowns to lead James Madison to a 37-27 come-from-behind victory over Rhode Island on Saturday.

Tahir Hinds scored on a 81-yard pass from Jayson Cooke for James Madison (5-4, 4-3 Atlantic 10) 13 seconds into the fourth quarter to give the Dukes a 26-21 lead.

After a Rhode Island touchdown, Fenner scored on a 4-yard run with 4:15 remaining in the game to give James Madison a 32-27 advantage. The Dukes extended their lead to 39-27 on Fenner's 17-yard run with 3:42 remaining.

Terrance Jones returned a fumble 46 yeards for a touchdown that gave Rhode Island (3-6, 2-5) a 14-0 lead five minutes into the game.

Jayson Davis scored on touchdown runs of 6 and 1 yards, and Jason Ham rushed 19 times for 85 yards for the Rams.
