-Rhode Island trailed 49-34 at the half, which marked the first time this season Rhody has been down by double-digits at home.

-Rhody's 53-point output in the second half was its highest in the final 20 minutes this season.

-URI has trailed at the half 10 times this season. In those contests, Rhody is 6-4.

-With the win, Rhody improved to 10-1 at home this season. The Rams are 32-22 all time in Atlantic 10 games the Ryan Center.

-The win marked URI's sixth in its last seven meetings against SBU. Rhody holds the all-time series lead 33-22.

-Since coming to Kingston after serving as St. Bonaventure's head coach from 1992-2001, Jim Baron is 9-3 versus his alma mater.

-Senior Jimmy Baron scored a season-high 28 points on 10-of-15 shooting from the field. Baron's career-high is 30 points (11-9-07 vs. Florida Atlantic). The URI guard hit six shots from long range and scored 23 of his game-high 28 points in the second half.

-Baron's 23 points in the final 20 minutes are the most by a URI player in a single half this season.

-Baron has led the Rams in scoring in 12 games this season and has put up 15-or-more points 17 times this season.
