Day One Results

RALEIGH, N.C. -- Patrick Pelletier's second round 65 (-6) paced Rhode Island to a tie for ninth place at the Wolfpack Intercollegiate.

Pelletier carded seven birdies in the second round, posting the tournament's lowest score at the Lonnie Poole Golf Course (par 71, 7,358 yards). Combined with a first round 76, he is currently tied for 11th place with a 36-hole total of 141 (-1).

As a team, the Rams have a two-round total of 587 - including a season-best score of 286 in the second round. Teams played 36 holes on day one of competition and Rhody posted a 301 in the morning session.

Branden Chicorka is tied for 38th place, after rounds of 74 and 73 (+5, 147) on Monday. John Kelly is tied for 50th place, with a total of 149 (74-75).

Taylor Fontaine posted his lowest round of the fall season, with a second round 73. He is currently tied for 57th place, with a total of 150 (77-73). Ben Conway posted scores of 77 in both rounds (77-77=154), good for a tie for 77th place.

The final round of the Wolfpack Intercollegiate will tee off on Tuesday morning at 8 a.m. Live scoring is available through golfstat.com
