The Rhode Island tennis posted a 7-0 win over Monmouth on Sunday
afternoon at the URI Tennis Complex. The Rams recorded straight-set
wins at all six singles positions after going a prefect 3-for-3 in
doubles.
Key Performances
Freshmen Nithila Asokaraj
and Karolina
Wojciak teamed up for an 8-0 win at third doubles before
blanking their singles opponents (6-0, 6-0) at the fifth and sixth
positions, respectively. Senior Pam Emery also posted a
perfect 6-0, 6-0 win at first singles, after pairing with Kathleen Uy for an
8-2 win at first doubles.

The Rams are back in action on Wednesday when they resume play
