How it Happened
Sophomores Galina Chernykh and Elizaveta Sadovnikova posted an 8-6 win at third doubles but Bowling Green captured the point after defeating URI at No. 1 and No. 2.

All six singles matches were decided in straight sets with Chernykh and Sadovnikova claiming Rhody's lone victories at the first and fourth positions, respectively.
