Team Results

• Rhode Island tied Hartford for the best team score on Sunday, combining for a 4-over 284.
• The final-round performance allowed Rhody to close in on Fairfield, the overall leader, but the Rams were two strokes shy of closing the gap completely.
• Fairfield won the team title at +11 (281-290=572), followed closely by Rhode Island, at +13 (289-284=573).
• Hartford (+17), Hofstra (+34), Brown (+40) and Canisius (+50) rounded out the field of six.

Individual Results

• Junior Bryson Richards was the individual medalist, jumping from eighth place to first overall thanks to a second-round 65 – the low round of the tournament. Richards finished the 36-hole event 2-under par (73-65=138).
• Redshirt senior Jordan Brajcich tied for third place, combining for a 1-over 141 (68-73=141).
• Redshirt senior Brandon Gillis made the tournament's greatest jump on Sunday, starting out in 19th place and finishing tied for ninth at 5-over (75-70=145).
• Senior Austin Fox also finished in the top-20, tying for 17th overall at 9-over (73-76=149).
• Sophomore Jack Tegan carded a 76 on Sunday. After disqualifying on Saturday, he placed 40th among the field of 40.

Head Coach Gregg Burke Said...

• Bryson was as tough as it gets, finishing five under and the only player in the field to break par Sunday and overall. The five under came playing the par fives in one over.
• We didn't play well as a team, but learned a lot about ourselves.
