Head Coach Gregg Burke Said...
"It is always nice to get a win, especially when brutal conditions tend to bring more teams into the mix. We told the guys that this was about toughness, and they showed how tough they are.
"We came into the tournament as a two-man team in many ways, but
Aidan O'Donovan showed he can be good for us and great when he eliminates a few mental mistakes.Â
Andrew DiPetrillo played poorly in the first round, but I pulled him aside and simply said we need him in the final round if we were to win, and he came though big time.
"
Brandon Gillis got it so well and made some big shots.
Bryson Richards absolutely pured it but his putter wasn't what it has been. Both have a chance to win any tournament they play in.
"We have three events left before the Atlantic 10 Championship, and I have to believe we need
Chuck Tragesser in the lineup to be great. He had one unfortunate stretch at the Bash at the Beach, but I have faith he will be back in the starting five and will help us."
