Day Two Results

KISSIMMEE, Fla. - Rhode Island struggled across the board in the second round of the 2023 Atlantic 10 Men's Golf Championship, as URI's players combined to shoot 22 over par. As a result, URI dropped to ninth place in the team standings.

Freshman Aidan O'Donovan led the Rhody contingent with a 4-over 76. Through two rounds, he is tied for 34th on the individual leaderboard.

Fifth-year senior Brandon Gillis is in 20th place after he shot a 77 Saturday. He dipped five spots on the individual leaderboard. Junior Geronimo Narizzano is tied for 32nd overall after shooting a plus-6 78. Senior Andrew DiPretrillo is tied for 36th, one shot behind O'Donovan. One shot behind DiPetrillo is senior Bryson Richards in a tie for 39th.

Davidson (565) leads the team standings by nine strokes over Loyola Chicago (547) with one round to go. The rest of the field is all at least five strokes behind the top two teams.

Rhode Island will tee off at 8:20 a.m. for Round Three on Sunday. The Rams will be grouped with St. Bonaventure and George Mason for the final round.
