KINGSTON, R.I. - Rhode Island Women's Track & Field was represented by a pair of throwers at the ECAC Championship, as Megan Wood and Alyssa Yankee competed in the shotput.

One day after helping the team to the 2024-25 NEICAAA Indoor Track & Field championship, the duo scored in its lone event to help the Rams finish 18th out of 31 teams. 

Wood was second with a 47' 3/4" toss, while Yankee finished fourth with a mark of 42' 6 3/4". The ECAC Championship concluded the indoor slate for URI.
