Rhode Island men's track and field had a strong performance at the Scarlet & White Invitational Saturday, hosted by Boston University. The Rams had five top finishers, including four in field events.

Highlights from Competition 

• In the pole vault, Tyler Grabinski won, clearing 4.80m (15'9"). The Rams placed four athletes in the top five, with Alex DeStefano, Damian Scouloukas, and Carson Dean all clearing 4.65m (15'3") to finish second, fourth, and fifth, respectively.
• Lucas Andrade claimed first in the 60m hurdles (7.93s).
• Josia Katroli won the high jump with a mark of 2.03m (6'8"), while Rowan McConkey finished third after clearing 1.98m (6'6"). Cam Miller added another Rams top-five finish, placing fifth at 1.93m (6'4").
• Theo Puterbaugh captured first in the shot put with a throw of 16.93m (55'6.5"), while Winslow Sightler added a top-five finish for the Rams, placing fourth at 15.78m (51'9.25").
• Nate Shultz finished first in the long jump with a leap of 7.08m (23'2.75"), while Ryan Tona placed fifth at 6.89m (22'7.25").
• Nate Field had a fourth-place finish for the Rams with a mark of 17.17m (56'4").
• Joachim Ennoo led the Rams with a second-place finish in the triple jump, jumping 15.61m (51'2.75"), followed by Arnaud Sioho in third at 15.10m (49'6.5"). Izzy Henriques-Setho also cracked the top five for Rhode Island, placing fifth with a mark of 14.59m (47'10.5").
• The distance medley relay team of Maddox Jordan, Ryan Kyle, Antonio Capalbo, and Nick Martin placed fourth in 9:48.05.
• In the 400m, Steven Doss posted a fifth-place finish, clocking 48.57 seconds.
• The 4x400m relay team of Cam Rose, Nick Morrison, Steven Doss, and Ryan Temistokle finished sixth in 3:18.29.
• Alex Arbogast finished 22nd in the 200m (22.27s).
