KINGSTON, R.I. - The URI Tennis Complex will be busy this weekend, as Rhode Island hosts Providence, Sacred Heart, Bryant and Quinnipiac for three days of tennis from Friday, Oct. 23 through Sunday, Oct. 25.

The URI Fall Invite will wrap up the Fall portion of Rhody's competition schedule. The Invite is individual results only as team results do not begin until the Spring portion of the 2026-27 schedule.

Rhode Island's players will face counterparts from Providence Friday afternoon at 2 p.m. The Rams will take on Sacred Heart at 10 a.m. Saturday and then Quinnipiac Sunday at 10 a.m. The full schedule is available below.

First-year player Ellen Katzer leads the team with six singles wins thus far, owning a 6-3 mark heading into the weekend. Fourth-year player Blake Rothchild is 4-1 overall, while first-year player Iben Mol is 4-2 for URI.

The doubles teams of Mol and Kajsa Helgesen and Grace Darcy and Anastasia Pettersson are tied for the team lead with two doubles wins each. Darcy and Mol also havee teamed up for one victory.
