PROVIDENCE, R.I. -- In Rhode Island's last meet before the Atlantic 10 Championship, the team was represented by a smaller squad at the Brown Invitational Saturday.

Highlights from Competition

• In the high jump, Cam Miller cleared a personal-best 2.05 meters to win the event. Miles Lipka added a third-place finish at 1.90 meters.
• The Rams took the top three in the pole vault, led by Carson Dean's winning clearance of 4.75 meters. Nathan Park placed second at 4.60 meters, while Tyler Grabinski matched that height to finish third.
• Rece Englehart claimed first place in the triple jump with a leap of 13.57 meters.
• Owen Vieira recorded a personal-best time of 8.38 seconds in the 60m hurdles final to finish second overall.
• CJ McDermott led the Rams in the shot put with a fifth-place mark of 15.28 meters.
• Nate Field posted an eighth-place throw of 15.92 meters in the weight throw.
