KINGSTON, R.I. - For the second time in his career, Rhode Island sophomore
Luke Stennett has been named to the Atlantic 10 Men's Golf All-Conference Team, which was announced by the league Tuesday afternoon.
Stennett was one of 10 golfers named to the team. Stennett joined A-10 Golfer of the Year Vaughn McMeans of George Mason and Richmond's Carson Baez as the only repeat honorees from last season.
In 11 tournaments this year, Stennett won two individual titles - the Sacred Heart Fall Classic and the Ryan T. Lee Memorial Collegiate - and had five top-10 finishes overall. He placed sixth out of 71 golfers at the 2026 Atlantic 10 Championship, leading the Rams to a fourth-place team finish.
A two-time A-10 Player of the Week, Stennett averaged a team-low 72.6 shots per 18 holes this year. He was under par in 14 of the 32 rounds he played (44 percent). In 21 career tournaments with the Rams, Stennett has three individual titles and 13 top-10 finishes.
