• Rhode Island is 15-3-3 all time against Holy Cross.
• Rhody has won four of the last five meetings dating back to 2017.
• Last season Holy Cross won 3-2 with the game winning goal scored in the 84th minute by Jack Fiedler. Tim Huhnholz and Kyler Vojvodic both scored for Rhody.
• Rhode Island's last win against Holy Cross was a 1-0 victory on Sept. 12, 2023. The teams did not meet in 2024.
• Rhode Island's only loss at home against Holy Cross was in 1966, by a score of 1-0.

• The Crusaders are coming off a 2-2 tie against Merrimack on Sunday
• This is the first road game of the season for Holy Cross, having drawn against Northeastern and lost to Merrimack in Worcester.
• Holy Cross is coming off a 4-8-6 campaign in 2025, including a 1-5-3 record in the Patriot League.
• Holy Cross was picked to finish 10^th in the Patriot League preseason poll
• The Crusaders' leading scorer returning from last season is forward Archie Hatcher who had six goals and four assists for 15 points in 2025.
• Hatcher was just named Patriot League forward of the week after he scored his first goal of the season on Sunday against Merrimack

 
TANDDO A KEY ADDITION TO THE DEFENSE
 

• Rhode Island added a key piece to the defense in junior Cassidy Tanddo, a transfer from Saint Joseph's.
• Tanddo has started and played all 180  minutes through Rhody's first two games of the season.
• A native of Wanniassa, Australia, Tanddo was a two-year starter for the Hawks, getting the nod in 30 of the 33 matches he played for Saint Joseph's.
• Last season he started all 18 matches and was part of a defense that posted four shutouts and allowed 1.28 goals per game.
