KINGSTON, R.I. - Rhode Island plays its second tournament in less than a week when it tees off at the UConn Invitational at GreatHorse Sunday.

This is the sixth straight year the Rams are competing at GreatHorse. Rhody won the event in 2024 and placed third a year ago. This year's 14-team field includes Boston College, Bryant, Fairfield, Fairleigh Dickinson, Holy Cross, Lafayette, Merrimack, Providence, Sacred Heart, Siena, St. John's, Villanova and the host Huskies.

Rhode Island will be represented by Jack Quinn, Tony Liu, Josiah Tong, Owen Rooney and Seb Carlsson. First-year player Mihir Roperia will make his collegiate debut while competing as an independent. Liu and Tong are both competing in the tournament for the third time in their respective careers.

Each round of competition will begin at 8:30 a.m.
