KINGSTON, R.I. – The women's swim & dive team, which held its final home meet of the season and celebrated five seniors on Saturday, lost a close meet to Vermont with a score of 155-145.
The Rhode Island men's club swim team beat the Northeastern club swim team 200-52.
The Rams earned first and second in the 200-yard medley relay as Katie Mangano, Colette Aubin, Rachel Revolinski, and Sarah Keshishian won in 1:50.41 and Emily Thomesen, Taylor Gannon, Jessica Andruzzi, and Eileen Morrison took second in 1:52.54.
In the 200-yard freestyle relay, Katie Mangano, Sarah Keshishian, Chaya Zabludoff, and Susan Nugent won in 1:38.99 and Colette Aubin, Eileen Morrison, Rachel Henninger, and Taylor Gannon placed third in 1:43.16.
Sarah Keshishian won the 50-yard freestyle (25.12) and the 100-yard freestyle (54.32), Jessica Andruzzi won the 200-yard breaststroke (2:27.82), and Katie Mangano won the 100-yard backstroke (1:00.03).
Chaya Zabludoff won the 200-yard freestyle (1:55.07) and earned second in both the 100-yard freestyle (54.42) and the 500-yard freestyle (5:13.62).
Susan Nugent won the 100-yard butterfly (1:00.12) and took second in both the 200-yard freestyle (1:55.39) and the 200-yard butterfly (2:13.24).
Rachel Revolinski earned second in both the 200-yard breaststroke (2:28.14) and the 200-yard IM (2:12.35).
Emily Thomesen placed second in the 200-yard backstroke (2:10.92) and third in the 200-yard IM (2:14.14).
In the 100-yard butterfly Colette Aubin placed third (1:00.86) and in the 100-yard backstroke Caitlin Carter finished third (1:01.14).
Rhode Island took second, third, and fourth in the 100-yard breaststroke. Jessica Andruzzi placed second (1:07.98), Rachel Revolinski took third (1:08.32), and Tamara Bystrak earned fourth (1:10.76).
Next, the Rams compete against Northeastern and Dartmouth on Feb. 4.
