HAMPTON, Va. - Senior diver
Olivia Winslow leads the Rhode Island contingent that is heading to the 2026 Atlantic 10 Women's Swimming and Diving Championships this week. The four-day competition begins Wednesday afternoon at the Hampton Virginia Aquaplex.
Winslow is the top seed out of 38 divers in the 3-meter dive, which will be held on Day Two of the championship. The Rams are well stocked in the event, as
Emily Whiteneck is seeded seventh and
Kelsey Kreuscher is 13th. Winslow will try to become the first Ram to medal at the A-10s since Nicole Petta was second in both the 100- and 200-breaststroke events at the 2019 conference championship. URI's last individual winner was Chaya Zabludoff, who won the 200- and 500-yard freestyle races in 2014. Winslow is seeded third in Saturday's 1-meter dive as well.
Senior Riley Kelly has a chance to medal in multiple events. She is seeded fourth in the 500-yard freestyle ad fifth in the 200-yard freestyle. Teammate
Molly Beckwith is seeded fourth in the 200, giving Rhody two strong candidates to reach the finals in that event.
Julianna Tyler is seeded to reach the finals in two events. She is sixth in the 400 individual medley and eighth in the 200-yard butterfly.
All sessions of the championship will be streamed live on ESPN+. Links for all sessions are available above.
