Box Score

How It Happened
Just five minutes after entering the game, junior Nick Ferguson's header found the back of the net and put Rhode Island up 1-0. Ryan Oakley picked up an assist on the play, setting up Ferguson's first career goal.

George Mason's Henning Dirks then took matters into his own hands, scoring an unassisted goal in the 49th minute before netting the go-ahead tally just two and a half minutes later.

  • Ferguson is the 11th different player to score a goal for the Rams this season.
