Friday Results
GENEVA, Ohio - Senior Caitlin Guccione and junior Rebecca Younts each placed 13th in individual races Friday, tying for the best individual finish at the Atlantic 10 Swimming & Diving Championship for Rhode Island thus far.
Guccione posted a time of 55.96 seconds in the 100-yard butterfly, just .01 behind La Salle's Toni Rafferty. The effort provided Rhode Island with four team points.
Younts also provided the Rams with four team points, placing 13th in the 100-yard breaststroke. Her time of 1:04.13 was just .04 seconds behind Davidson's Audrey Grammel.
Senior Alyssa Campone provided a 16th-place finish in the 3-meter dive. Her showing gave the Rams one team point.
The team of freshman Julia Renna, Younts, Guccione and senior Mackenna Dunn placed 11th in the 400-yard medley relay, closing out Rhody's scoring for the day with 12 team points in the event.

- Freshman Aimee Garcia placed 30th and sophomore Zoe Sheridan was one spot behind in the 400-yard individual medley.
- Freshman Shauna Killane placed 30th in the 100-yard butterfly.
- Senior Mackenna Dunn was 29th in the 200-yard freestyle, the best result of five Rams in the field. Senior Sabrina Anderson was 35th, junior Cara Megill placed 37th, senior Emma Grace Pecha was 45th and freshman Camryn Kreuscher was 46th.
- Junior Brooke Kelley was 19th overall in the 100-yard breaststroke. Senior Cassidy Fries was 25th in the event.
- Freshman Julia Renna was 18th in the 100-yard backstroke. Also in the event were sophomore Grace Kennedy (22nd) and sophomore Kristin Johnson (29th).
- Senior Katy Evans, freshman Isabella Antonini and junior Cameron Murray placed 25th, 26th and 27th, respectively in the 3-meter dive. Sophomore Fallon Pfeifer and freshman Brianna Tocco were 29th and 30th in the final standings.
Saturday's Events
The final day of the conference championship will include the 200-yard backstroke, 100-yard freestyle, 200-yard breaststroke, 200-yard butterfly, 1650-yard freestyle and the 400-yard freestyle relay.
