GENEVA, Ohio - Senior Caitlin Guccione placed 14th out of 31 swimmers in the 200-yard butterfly, scoring team points for the Rams for the second straight day.

Guccione - who placed 13th in the 100-yard butterfly on Friday - added three points to the Rhody team score with her performance Saturday. Her time of 2:05.35 came in just behind Massachusetts junior Stephanie Judge, who finished in 2:04.64.

Also competing in the event was freshman Shauna Killane, who placed 28th.

The team of sophomore Zoe Sheridan, freshman Camryn Kreuscher, sophomore Grace Kennedy and senior Mackenna Dunn gave the Rams 14 team points by placing 10th in the 400-freestyle relay.

• Senior Sabrina Anderson placed 27th in the 1650 freestyle. Also in the event for the Rams were junior Cara Megill (30th),
• Sophomore Kristin Johnson was Rhode Island's top finisher in thee 200-yard backstroke, placing 32nd. Freshman Julia Renna (37th) and senior Emma Grace Pecha (39th) also represented the Rams.
• In the 100-yard freestyle, senior Mackenna Dunn placed 40th in the 100-yard freestyle. Sophomore Grace Kennedy was 43rd, freshman Camryn Kreuscher was 46th and senior Maddie Horner was 47th.
• Junior Rebecca Younts just missed scoring in the 200-yard breatstroke. She placed 18th with a time of 2:21.31. Senior Cassidy Fries (27th), junior Brooke Kelley (29th) and freshman Aimee Garcia (33rd) participated as well.
