Rhode Island junior Devin Donahue won the two-day event hosted by URI at Mackal Field House with a total of 4844 points. The score sits eighth-best all time. Freshman Ryan Tona made his Rhody debut in the event, scoring 4543 points for third place. Senior Jack Reichenbach also competed in the multi-event for the Rams.

- Donahue won the shot put (12.83m), placed second in the 60 meters (7.26s), second in the long jump (6.72m), second in the pole vault (3.70m), second in the 60 meter hurdles (8.48s), sixth in the 1000 meters (2:59.39), and finished ninth in the high jump (1.74m).
- Tona placed third in the high jump (1.86m), third in the 60 meter hurdles (8.51s), was fifth in the 60 meters (7.43s), fifth in the pole vault (3.40m), fifth in the shot put (10.02m), fifth in the 1000 meters (2:57.28), and was seventh in the long jump (6.22m).
- Reichenbach won the long jump (6.90m), and the high jump (2.04m), finished seventh in the 60 meters (7.45s), and finished 10th in the shot put (8.99m).
