No. 21/20 Rhode Island - Maine Game Moved to Friday Night

KINGSTON, R.I. – The Rhode Island football game at the University of Maine scheduled for 3:30 p.m. on Saturday at Alfond Stadium has been moved to Friday, Sept. 15 at 6:30 p.m. due to Hurricane Lee, it was announced today.

The game will still be streamed on FloFootball for those who cannot attend. Steve McDonald and Terry Lynch will have the radio call on the Varsity Network. 

All tickets issued for Saturday will be honored on Friday night. Due to parking regulations at the University, there will be no tailgating. Fans are asked to park in the lots surrounding Alfond Stadium, free of charge, on a first come, first serve basis.

Officials at both the University of Rhode Island and the University of Maine are continuing to monitor the movements of Hurricane Lee. Should weather conditions or other factors that impact game day operations change, the Universities will make adjustments accordingly.
