KINGSTON, R.I. - A group of four student-athletes represented the Rhode Island women's indoor track & field team at the John Thomas Terrier Invitational on Saturday afternoon.

Lily Saul and
Madeline Till were in action for the Rams, competing in the 800 and the 4x400 Relay.Â
Saul led URI in the 800M event, placing 17th overall with a sophomore record time of 2:07.77. That mark currently leads the Atlantic 10 and sits third all-time in program history.Â
Highlights
- Saul was just about two seconds off of a top-10 pace at the event, which featured competitors from the professional ranks.Â
- Hanna O'Connor also set a personal best in the 800, coming in at 2:14.57.
- Madeline Till (2:15.78) and Erin Hurley (2:17.45) placed 58th and 70th, respectively.Â
- As a quartet, the group placed 22nd in the 4x400M Relay (3:59.96).
