• Tuesday's game will be the 26th all time between Rhode Island and Saint Louis, with Rhody holding a slight 13-12 advantage in the series.
• Saint Louis has won five in a row against the Rams. 
• URI's last victory over the Billikens came in a 65-54 win at home on Feb. 2, 2019.
• Rhode Island is 2-0 against Saint Louis in the Atlantic 10 Championship.
• URI ended the Billikens' seasons in both 2010 and 2011. The 2010 game was a 63-47 win in the second round in Atlantic City. The following season, URI won an opening-round game in Kingston, 70-61.
• This is the second meeting between the teams in a span of just 10 days.
• Saint Louis defeated Rhode Island 94-91 at the Ryan Center on March 2.
• The 185 combined points was the most in any Rhody game this season.
• The winner of the game will face No. 6 Duquesne in the second round on Wednesday night.

• Rhode Island is the No. 11 seed for the second time in three years.
• The Rams also were the No. 11 seed in 2022, when URI defeated Duquesne 79-77 in the second round.
• Rhode Island has an all-time record of 30-38 at the Atlantic 10 Championship.
• Since 2017, the Rams are 8-5 in the tournament.
• They have won at least one game in five of the last eight tournaments.
• Rhode Island has won the tournament two times, doing so in 1999 and 2017.
• URI has reached the title game seven times and the semifinals 15 times.
