Winslow, Hsu Score Team Points On Day One of A10s

Day One Results

HAMPTON, Va. – Olivia Winslow placed 10th in the 1-meter dive and Lily Hsu finished 12th to lead Rhode Island on the first day of the Atlantic 10 Women's Swimming and Diving Championships Wednesday.

Winslow finished with a score of 256.10 and had the second highest score in the consolation final. She earned seven team points. Hsu added five points with her score of 253.70.

The 800-Yard Freestyle relay team of Rylee Kelly, Emma Raser, Avery Potyrala and Julianna Tyler earned 14 team points with a 10th place finish.   

Rhode Island also got 12 team points in the 200-yard medley relay. The team of Jackie Triglia, Hannah Benavides, Ella Hacker and Julia Havice finished in a time of 1:43.35. URI was .47 seconds behind Saint Louis.

The Rams finished the first day in 10th place with 38 team points. Three-time defending champion George Washington is in first place with 107 points, followed by Richmond (83), Davidson (74) Duquesne (73) and Massachusetts (70).

Thursday's events will be the 500 Freestyle, 200 Individual Medley, 50 Freestyle and the 200 Freestyle Relay. The morning preliminaries and the evening finals will all be streamed on ESPN+.
