KINGSTON, R.I. -- Rhode Island men's track and field had two named to the Atlantic 10 weekly honors, it was announced Tuesday. Joachim Ennoo was named indoor Field Performer of the Week while Carson Dean was named the A-10 Indoor Rookie of the Week after the duo's performance at the URI Invitational this past Saturday.
 

Ennoo won the long jump event with a leap on 7.47 meters. Ennoo also claimed first in the triple jump with a mark of 15.37 meters. His mark in the long jump ranks tied for 33rd in the nation.


Dean won the pole vault with a mark of 4.75 meters, which is good for second in the A-10.

The Rams are back in action on Saturday, Jan. 24 at the Bruce Lehane Scarlet & White Invite hosted by Boston University.
