TYSONS, Va. - The Atlantic 10 Championship final featuring No. 3 Rhode Island and the winner of the suspended matchup between No. 1 Saint Joseph's and No. 3 VCU will begin at 12:30 p.m. tomorrow, Saturday, May 23 at Capital One Park.
The game was originally scheduled for a 12 p.m. start. The Atlantic 10 adjusted Saturday's schedule after Friday night's Saint Joseph's-VCU game was suspended in the first inning due to increasingly heavy rain. Play will resume at 9 a.m. Saturday, weather permitting.
If the winner of the suspended game defeats Rhode Island in the 12:30 p.m. championship final, an if-necessary game would follow immediately after.
