How It Happened
Olivia Winslow's incredible senior season continued as she swept the 1- and 3-meter diving events in a tri-meet with La Salle and Massachusetts Saturday. Despite another record-setting day from Winslow, the Rams fell to both the Explorers (188-114) and UMass (188-115).

Winslow set the program record with a score of 304.40 in the 1-meter dive. That score put her 11.1 points ahead of the rest of the field. It also broke the mark set by teammate Anna Petke (303.68) last January.

It was the second time this season Winslow has set a program record. On Nov. 21 she set the URI record in the 3-meter dive with a score of 326.60 at the Harold Anderson Invitational. Winslow's score of 309.55 on Saturday was enough to give her a sweep of the diving events, as she was nearly 17 points ahead of the field.

Winslow has won 11 of the 12 diving events she has competed in this season.

Standouts from the Pool

• Freshman Molly Beckwith delivered a victory for Rhode Island in the 150-yard freestyle, winning in thrilling fashion.
• Beckwith finished in 1:23.56, just .07 seconds ahead of La Salle's Beren Celik.
• It was the 12th race that Beckwith has won this season.
• The 12 wins have come in nine different races,  the 50-meter butterfly; 100-meter butterfly; 100-yard butterfly; 200-yard freestyle; 200-yard medley relay; 400-meter freestyle relay; 400-yard freestyle relay; the 800-yard medley relay; and now the 150-yard freestyle.
• Mary McCormick and Ella Arbeiter placed second and third, respectively, in the 400-yard freestyle.
• Julia Havice gave Rhody a third-place finish in the 50-yard freestyle.
