Justin is entering his second year as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach here at URI. Goulet is responsible for overseeing all aspects of strength and conditioning for Women's Basketball. He develops individualized programs to help these student athletes improve strength, power, speed, agility, balance and flexibility. Last year, Justin was responsible for Women's Soccer and Volleyball while assisting with Men's and Women's Basketball.

Justin came to the University of Rhode Island from Siena College. While at Siena, he assisted the Director of Strength and Conditioning in the implementation and organization of programs for Football, Men's and Women's Basketball, Volleyball, Women's Lacrosse and Baseball. Justin worked at Siena from May of 2002 until October of 2002.

Before making the change to the college atmosphere, Goulet worked as a Powerlifting Coach at Galaxy Gym in Laconia, NH. While there, Goulet developed individualized Strength and Conditioning programs for elite level power lifters and high school athletes. Justin also volunteered as a Strength and Conditioning Coach at Dartmouth College in the summer of 1999. While at Dartmouth, Goulet assisted the Director of Strength and Conditioning in the implementation and organization or programs for football.

Justin Goulet is a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He graduated from the University of New Hampshire in the spring of 2001 and holds a Bachelor of Science degree concentrating in Exercise Science.
