DONALD M. DWYER '43, an outstanding baseball, football, and track performerat Kingston in the early 40s, distinguished himself as one of the leading collegiate football officials in the nation, working many prestigious games involving such schools as Penn State, Pittsburgh, Army and Boston College. He conducted outstanding officiating clinics for members of the U.S. Armed Forces throughout Europe and won the LeBoeuf Award as best Rhode Island senior athlete upon graduation. He was division manager of the New Bedford Gas and Edison Light Company
