JOSEPH J. SCUSSELL '31, a distinguished alumnus and longtime supporter of Rhode Island athletics, was president and charter member of the URI Ram Club, serving the University's former Athletic Council. He was very active in alumni affairs for more than 50 years and retired as a Providence educator.
