LAWRENCE CASWELL '70, one of URI's all-time great quarterbacks, was an All-Conference three-year letterman. He played professionally following graduation, coached and taught in the Pawtucket school system for many years, was inducted into the Rhode Island High School Coaches Hall of Fame, and for many years was an assistant football coach at URI.
