JOHN L. REGO '32, who played football and baseball and was on the Ram wrestling club team, was a former State Director of Natural Resources, State Director of Agriculture and Conservation, and Associate Director of URI's Cooperative Extension Service, with exemplary service to Rhode Island, and an avid supporter of Ram athletics for many years.
