ANTHONY DELUCA '84, a three-time All-Yankee Conference defensive tackle and a 1983 Kodak All-America in football, made 56 tackles (six for losses) and batted down five passes that year. He led the Rams to their first Yankee Conference title in 24 years and their first-ever NCAA playoff berth in 1981. In 1982, the Rams were 7-4, the third-best record in school annals at the time. A member of Rhode Island's All-1980s squad, he played with the NFL's Los Angeles Rams, San Diego Chargers, and Green Bay Packers.
