RICHARD A. "RICK" MOSER '78, who earned eight varsity letters in football and track, was URI's only two-time, first-team Academic All-America, played five years for the NFL Pittsburgh Steelers, and was special teams captain for two Super Bowl winners. He later became a successful actor, model and technical advisor and has numerous television, theatrical and commercial credits.
