ALVIN S. CLEGG, JR. '57, a three-sport athlete in baseball, basketball, and sailing, retired after 28 years as a teacher and coach and has been very active in support of his alma mater. He served as president of both the URI Century and Ram Clubs and received the URI Alumni Association's Ram Award.
