BRINTON C. "BRIT" PIEZ, Honorary Class '84 and a 1950 graduate of Temple University, starred as an All-East and Pennsylvania All-State offensive center for four years. At URI, he was head coach of golf and baseball, as well as Director of Intramural Sports. He is an honorary alumnus of URI, retiring as Associate Professor Emeritus of Physical Education, Health and Recreation after 31 years of service.
