He is responsible for implementing quality strength and conditioning programs under the supervision of Head Strength Coach Elizabeth Proctor. He specializes in developing, speed, strength, agility, flexibility, and injury prevention. He currently works with softball, baseball, rowing, field hockey, m/w's swimming, women's soccer, volleyball, women's track and field and cross country.This Muncie, IN native came to Rhode Island from Providence College where he served as a graduate assistant strength and conditioning coach with a primary focus on men's basketball. Rollins had also worked with various sports. He worked multiple NBA camps as well as tennis and lacrosse programs.He is a graduate from Ball State University in 2003 with a BA in Exercise Physiology. Rollins also earned his MBA in finance at Providence College in 2006.
