RONALD L. ROTHSTEIN '64 earned three varsity letters as a basketball guard at URI, captained his team, won All-Conference honors, and was named R.I. Jewish Bowling Congress Athlete of the Year. He was an assistant coach with the NBA's Atlanta Hawks and Detroit Pistons, and was head coach of the Miami Heat at the time of his induction.
